Delivery Information

Where We Deliver

Delivery is to addresses in the United Kingdom only. This excludes the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands.

Delivery Charges

We charge a flat rate of £5.00 for UK deliveries. if you require delivery outside the UK, please call us on 0161 861 9528 to place your order.

Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days, but please allow 14 days before contacting us with delivery concerns.

The delivery charges are automatically added to your basket and you can view all applicable charges before submitting your order.

How We Deliver

Products are delivered by courier or post, depending on their size and value.

Delivery Times

We deliver on Monday to Fridays only, excluding bank holidays.

Orders after 3.00pm will be processed the following working day. Next working day orders must be submitted before 3pm to apply.

Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, a card will be left with a contact number for you to call to arrange re-delivery or collection from the courier depot.

MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We do our very best to ensure you receive your items in pristine condition. If any products are missing from your order, please contact us either by e-mail us at sales@lloydpaton.co.uk or telephone 0161 861 9528. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

Stock

If your order is placed and in the very rare circumstance we are out of stock, we will call you within 24 hours with a firm delivery date. You will also have the option of a full refund.
